All guest rooms have private baths and are air conditioned. Cottages are set on the hill in quiet gardens with magnificent views of the sea and spectacular sunsets. Other rooms and suites are located close to the swimming pool with the Sunset Beach Bar restaurant "The Buttery". , and the beach restaurant the "MahiMahi". Both the restaurant and the bar are open throughout daylight hours to serve you lunch and snacks and cool refreshments.

Some rooms and suites are in individual cottages, like the famous "Crow's Nest", which has seen distinctive visitors such as Her Royal Highness, Princess Margaret of England throughout her honeymoon, or members of Pop Music's greatest band, the Beatles.

We also offer tennis courts and table tennis. If Golf is your game we will happily provide transport to the nearby 18 hole championship course "Mt. lrvine", designed by CommanderJones. (5 mins by car) Arnos Vale Hotel, the perfect location for your vacation, your wedding, your honeymoon or for your bird-watching or natural history society. We also offer an in-house car rental service (via the hotel or AJM Tours) and a private plane for chartering day tours (AJM Tours) to the Grenadines from Tobago. Maximum number of persons per room is two (2).

Infants up to (4) four years old free of charge.

45 days cancellation - forfeit 10% of full payment
30 days Cancellation – Forfeits 50% of full payment
